Return and exchange policy

We can offer refunds on our braided wigs, within 28 days of receiving your wig. The wig must not be worn, the lace must not be cut, no visible tint or foundation on lace and must be in it's original condition.

There is a 48-hour grace period which allows you to change your mind about your wig cap size, colour or length, please email hello@ohemaabraidance.co.uk to request the changes. If you would like a refund, please also email hello@ohemaabraidance.co.uk within 48 hours of your order time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds in exceptional circumstances 

We will refund in exceptional circumstances; the return fee must be covered by the customer. The item must not be worn and be in saleable condition. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund.
